WASHINGTON — In the days leading up to the start of the 2017 NFL season, NFL teams are scrambling to figure out how they can transition from a brand-new, unproven system to a more traditional system.
In the past, every franchise had a handful of head coaches, and each team had its own rules, procedures and regulations for recruiting and personnel.
That system was based on the concept of the “binder” — the team’s general manager and assistant coaches.
In an effort to get the best possible coaching and recruiting experience for the players, the league began the process of relocating those positions to a new, brand-neutral organization.
The NFL, which has been trying to eliminate turnover and reduce costs by making the most of every roster spot, was forced to change its hiring and personnel system in the past few years.
As a result, the rosters have shrunk.
The league announced in December that it was moving teams from a system where teams had two coaches and one assistant to a system that has two coaches, one assistant and a third team that coaches both.
The transition is slated to take place over the next six months.
But the transition is also likely to be a bit different than what some have anticipated.
The NFL and the league’s head coaches have made it clear that they are not going to go back to the way things were before the merger, which created the Super Bowl.
In its announcement, the NFL said that the “best-case scenario” for teams moving to the new system is for a new coach to be hired and for the team to have a new general manager within two years.
The other scenario is that a new team is created from scratch that has only one coach and a few assistant coaches in the league.
But in the process, teams may have to cut ties with a handful or even all of their head coaches and their assistant coaches, which is what many have been wondering about.
It’s been a long road for the NFL, said John Lott, a longtime NFL coach and former NFL executive.
The league has spent years trying to find a way to move the system.
The problem is that the process hasn’t been successful, Lott said.
A lot of teams are doing the right thing, but it’s a slow process.
It took the NFL two decades to do this.
I think it’s going to take a lot longer.
That’s why it’s so important to get a new system and then figure out the best way to get that system in place.
“The relocation process will likely take a little more time than many expected, according to John Breech, who worked in the NFL from 1980-88 and is now a senior vice president at the Sports Business Journal.
It will take a while to develop a system with a lot of different teams that have a variety of players, coaches and personnel on each side of the ball.
There are a lot more moving parts than just the coaches and assistants.
I think there will be some bumps in the road for a few teams, he said.
I don’t think it’ll be a long process.
The decision will probably take a few years, and if it’s not ready for the season, it’s likely to get pushed back.
The process of moving to a different system may be a little different than the move to a completely new team that is not on the field.
The process of changing to a brand neutral system will be much quicker, said Breech.
A system that is a hybrid between two different teams can be a lot easier to manage than a hybrid team, said Dan Wetzel, an NFL executive and former director of NFL operations for the National Football League.
The system could be easier to implement, and the teams would have a lot less of a financial impact.
The system may require a lot fewer personnel moves.
The new system will not be completely seamless, however, as teams will have to deal with a new and different set of rules and procedures, Wetzel said.
A number of teams, like the Jacksonville Jaguars, have already had to change their head coach, assistant coach and some other positions.”
But it’s definitely a little bit different.””
It’s not going be the same.
But it’s definitely a little bit different.”
The system is still in its infancy, though.
The draft is only a few weeks away.
It may take several months for the new head coach to get hired, and that coach may need to spend time on the other side of town before his new team starts practicing.
And that will take time, too, for a team that has been through a lot to find the right person.
